The Team
Welcome to the People & Capability (P&C) team. We’re the ones helping shape how the workforce grows, develops, stays safe, and actually enjoys coming to work. Think HR, WHS, Learning & Development and Payroll all rolled into one very capable, slightly chaotic (in a good way) team.
We’re a relaxed, down-to-earth bunch who take the work seriously… but not ourselves. There’s a lot of laughing, a lot of collaboration, and a shared understanding that while the work can be manual and detailed, it’s also meaningful and, at times, surprisingly complex. No autopilot jobs here.
Right now, we’re on the hunt for a P&C Coordinator who can jump in, pick things up quickly, and keep the wheels turning over the next 12 months. This role is not for the faint-hearted; you’ll need to hit the ground running, but you’ll have a supportive team backing you all the way.
