Once you have been notified that you have been successful to provide goods or services to ILSC, you will need to be onboarded.
Onboarding refers to the process of collecting supplier information to register a supplier in ILSC’s systems. We collect information before goods are ordered or services commence to avoid delays in invoice payment. We use a third-party provider (Eftsure) to collect and verify supplier information (e.g. ABN and bank details) on our behalf.
The information collected includes business and bank details, statistical questions, work health and safety data, and insurance certificates. Eftsure will verify business and bank details to ensure that only legitimate information is entered into our finance system. This minimises cybercrime risks and prevents fraudulent payments.
eftsure is an independent, real-time, continuous controls monitoring system designed to manage supplier onboarding and data management.
Eftsure guidance for new suppliers or change in ABN
As part of the onboarding process, you will be asked to supply your company/business name and email address.
You will then receive an email invitation from eftsure asking you to register your details as a new supplier, including your:
- ABN
- business or trading name
- company contact information and address/es
- company representative details (staff member responsible for completing eftsure)
- BSB, bank account number and bank account name
After you have registered your details, you may receive a call from an Eftsure team member (usually within 24-48 hours) to verify details are correct. If you don’t receive a call, that means that your details have been verified previously.
Eftsure guidance for existing suppliers
We understand that your details may change, for example a change of bank details or a merger/acquisition.
To update your details at any time, please email accounts652@ilsc.gov.au and ask for an 'Eftsure change request'.
It's your responsibility to ensure your details are up to date. Notify us immediately if your details change or if you notice any discrepancies.
You will receive an email from Eftsure with a link to update your data in their portal, and a confirmation email once your updated data has been verified.
Depending on the data to be updated, you may receive a phone call from an Eftsure team member to verify your details over the phone before you receive a confirmation email.
